We are very pleased to present, for the first time in Montreal, a concert of Surshringar with the virtuoso Pandit Joydeep Ghosh. The Surshringar is a musical instrument originating in the Indian subcontinent and has many similarities with the sarod. It is larger than the sarod and produces a deeper sound. It predates the sarod as an instrument.
